As you may or not know, Yue is the "true form" of Yukito and the Judgement of the Clow. He first appeared in vol 6 of the manga(not sure of the anime numbers, sorry) after Sakura gathered all the Clow Cards. He was to decide if she was worthy of the title of "Clow Mistress". Yue contains all of Yukito's memories, but not vice versa(which gives us more insight to Yuki since Yue doesn't always seem happy with those memories... makes you wonder...). Nowadays he is fighting on Sakuras side against Eriol in the Sakura Card series. He seems to be on to something concerning Touya....
