A bouquet of Rose Crests from Utena done in almost glaringly bright colors was a neat way to use up a remainder piece of canvas. The design for this was pretty basic, with the little stylized rosebuds arranged with their circular borders just touching. Ah, when I was in Mineralogy class, we called this sort of hexagonal shape "close cubic packing", so perhaps I was channeling a little geology into my craft. The patterns provided are for either an outline-type rosebud or the sort of inverse filled-in version that I used in the banner. The set of color-coordinated Duelists' names beneath the roses makes up for the lack of a border, I think. If nothing else, this can be a reference key for remembering which Duelist has which signature color...
